Shipping & Delivery time
Because we understand that you want to start shining in your new apron as soon as possible, we try to deliver your order to you as quickly as we can.
Ordered before 4:00 PM?
If the item is in stock, we will ship your order the same day! On business days, this means you can expect your package the next day.
Important
At this moment, we cannot 100% guarantee our normal delivery time for your order. It is currently much busier than usual (both for us and other online stores) and as a result, DHL cannot process orders as quickly as in a normal situation.
Ordered over the weekend?
Then we’ll head straight into the warehouse on Monday morning to pack your order and ship it that same day. You will then receive your package on Tuesday.
Ordered a personalized product?
Ordered a personalized apron with laser engraving or an extra pocket on your apron?
All our products are handmade, and we are happy to add an extra pocket to your apron or laser your name into the leather. For these orders, please take into account an additional 2 to 5 working days for delivery.
Exception
If an item still needs to be produced, the delivery time can be 1-2 weeks. We will keep you informed of the actual delivery time.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands, we pay the shipping costs for you on orders over €50.00, making delivery FREE. Do you live in Belgium, Germany, or Luxembourg? Then you pay a standard shipping fee of €15. If you live elsewhere within the European Union, the costs for shipping your package are €20-50 depending on the country. For countries outside the European Union + United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, we charge a fee of €50. For shipments to the USA, Asia, and overseas countries, a standard rate of €75 applies.

Orders are shipped with DPD, UPS, or GLS Parcel service. When your package leaves our office, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a Track & Trace code, so you can follow the status of your order yourself.
Packaging
We ship your product in a specially made cardboard tube in which the apron is rolled up and wrapped in packing paper. This prevents the leather from being damaged by folding.
Information regarding warranty & returns
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@xapron.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Return exceptions
- For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.
- that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with specifications of the consumer;
- that are clearly personal in nature;
- that by their nature cannot be returned;
- that can spoil or age quickly;
- whose price is tied to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for individual newspapers and magazines;
- for audio and video recordings and computer software where the consumer has broken the seal.
Warranty
All Xapron products have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
