Shipping & Delivery Time
Because we understand that you want to shine with your new apron as soon as possible, we try to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
Ordered before 4:00 PM?
If the item is in stock, we will ship your order the same day! On business days, this means you can expect the package the next day.
Important!
At this moment, we cannot 100% guarantee our normal delivery time for your order. It is currently much busier than usual (both with us and at other online stores), and as a result, DHL cannot process orders as quickly as in normal situations.
Ordered on the weekend?
Then, we will head straight into the warehouse on Monday morning to pack your order and ship it that same day. You will receive your package on Tuesday.
Ordered a personalized product?
Ordered a personalized apron via laser engraving or an extra pocket for your apron?
All our products are handmade, and we lovingly add an extra pocket to your apron. Or we laser your name into the leather. Please allow for 2 to 5 extra working days for delivery with this order.
Exception
If an item still needs to be produced, the delivery time can be 1-2 weeks. We will keep you informed of the actual delivery time.
Shipping
Shipping
Within the Netherlands, we pay the shipping costs for you on purchases over €50,00, so delivery is FREE. Do you live in Belgium, Germany, or Luxembourg? Then you pay a standard shipping fee of €15. If you live elsewhere within the European Union, the shipping costs for your package range from €20 to €50, depending on the country. For countries outside the European Union + the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, we charge €50. For shipments to the USA, Asia, and overseas countries, a standard rate of €75 applies.

Orders are shipped via the parcel service of DPD, UPS, or GLS Parcel. When your package leaves our office, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a Track & Trace code, so you can track the status of your order yourself.
Packaging
We ship your product in a specially made cardboard tube in which the apron is rolled up and wrapped in wrapping paper. This prevents the leather from being damaged by folding.
Information about warranty & returns
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@xapron.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Return exceptions
- For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products are non-returnable.
- which have been created by the supplier to the consumer's specifications;
- that are clearly personal in nature;
- that can not be returned due to their nature;
- that spoil or become obsolete;
- whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no influence;
- for individual newspapers and magazines;
- For audio and video recordings and computer software that the consumer has broken the seal.
Guarantee
All Xapron products have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
