Shipping & Delivery time

Because we understand that you want to shine with your new apron as quickly as possible, we try to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

Ordered before 4 pm?

If the item is in stock, we will ship your order the same day! On working days this means that you can expect the package the next day.

Important
At the moment we cannot 100% guarantee our normal delivery time for your order. It is currently much busier than normal (both with us and other online stores) and as a result DHL cannot process the orders as quickly as in a normal situation.

Ordered during the weekend?

Then we immediately dive into the warehouse on Monday morning to pack your order and ship it the same day. You will then receive your package on Tuesday.

Ordered a personalized product?

A personalized apron by means of Have you ordered laser engraving or an extra pocket on your apron?

All our products are handmade and we love to make an extra pocket on your apron. Or we laser your name in the leather. With this order, take into account 2 to 5 extra working days delivery time.

Exception

If an article has yet to be produced, the delivery time can be 1-2 weeks. We will then keep you informed of the actual delivery time.

Shipping costs

Within the Netherlands we pay the shipping costs for you above a purchase amount of € 50.00 and delivery is therefore FREE. Do you live in Belgium, Germany or Luxembourg? Then you pay a standard shipping amount of € 10. If you live somewhere else within the European Union, the costs for sending your package will be € 20. For countries outside the European Union + Norway and Switzerland we ask an amount of € 50.-. For shipments to America, a standard rate of € 30 applies.

Orders are shipped with the DHL Parcel parcel service. When your package leaves our office, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a Track & Trace code, so you can track the status of your order yourself.

Packing

We ship your product in a specially made cardboard tube in which the apron is rolled up in wrapping paper. This prevents the leather from folding would damage.

Information about warranty & return

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@xapron.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return exceptions

  1. For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.
  2. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer’s specifications;
  3. that are clearly personal in nature;
  4. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
  5. that can spoil or age quickly;
  6. whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
  7. for individual newspapers and magazines;
  8. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.

Guarantee

All Xapron products have a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
