Maintenance
- Not dishwasher safe
- Do not soak the board in water and dry it immediately after washing it with a small amount of water.
- Rubbing it occasionally (especially after cleaning) with some grapeseed oil extends the lifespan and makes the board more beautiful and deeper in color.
- Stubborn stains or odors from, for example, onions or garlic are easy to remove by rubbing with half a lemon or white vinegar with some coarse salt.
